How to Pay Through the App? 

  1. Open the Standard Bank mobile app and log in with your secure credentials.

  2. From the main menu, navigate to the "Payments" or "Pay" section.

  3. Select the account from which you wish to make the payment.

  4. If needed, add a new recipient by selecting "Add Recipient" and entering their account details, or choose an existing payee from your saved list.

  5. Choose from available payment methods in the app, such as Debit Order, Stop Order, DebiCheck, Inter Account Transfer, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), or UCount Rewards Points if applicable.

  6. For Debit Orders, set up a recurring monthly payment by entering the loan or service account details, preferred debit date, and confirming.

  7. For Stop Orders, specify the payment frequency and amount. Confirm to create a fixed recurring payment.

  8. For DebiCheck, review and authorize debit orders directly in the app before they’re processed.

  9. For Inter Account Transfer, select "Transfer Funds" to move money between your registered Standard Bank accounts.

  10. For Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), add the loan account as a beneficiary, enter the amount, and confirm to complete the transfer.

  11. If redeeming UCount Rewards Points towards a loan repayment, ensure you have the minimum points required, then select "UCount Rewards," enter the points amount, and confirm.

How to Delete Standard Bank App?

For iOS
