How to Activate My Account?
Log in to FNB Online Banking by visiting the official website and entering your username and password.
Select the "My Bank Accounts" sub-tab to view the list of your bank accounts and associated cards.
Choose the card you want to activate by selecting it from the displayed options.
Under the "Online Secure" column, click on "Activate Now."

Click "Finish" on the Activation Results screen to complete the activation process.

Ensure that all standing instructions, such as scheduled payments and transfers, are canceled before proceeding with account closure.
Settle any outstanding balances for linked products, including loans and credit cards, prior to closure.
Provide a valid ID or passport and proof of address to complete the required identity verification process.
Once all requirements are met, FNB will confirm account closure, and you will receive written confirmation.
How to Reset My Password?
Launch the FNB App on your mobile device.
Select "Login" on the main screen of the app.
Click on "Forgot Password" to start the password reset process.
Enter your card and PIN details, then select "Continue."
Choose a new password, ensuring it meets FNB's security requirements.
Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the provided field.
An OTP (One-Time PIN) will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP and select "Confirm."
Once the OTP is verified, you will receive a message indicating that your password has been successfully updated.
