Pay Online from Your Bank Account 

  1. Go to the Access Bank South Africa online banking portal and log in with your username and password.

  2. Locate the payments section on the homepage.

  3. Select "Add a New Recipient" and enter the loan account details, including Access Bank’s recipient information and your loan reference number.

  4. Choose the account from which you want to make the payment, enter the amount, and confirm the payment date.

  5. Enable recurring payments if you wish to set up automatic loan repayments.

  6. Verify all payment details for accuracy.

  7. Submit the payment and wait for confirmation of successful processing.

  8. Save or print the payment confirmation for your records.

Pay Through the App

  1. Log in to the Access More mobile app using your credentials.

  2. Go to the payments section within the app.

  3. Add a new recipient by selecting "Add Recipient" and entering the required loan account details.

  4. Choose the loan recipient from your saved list of payees.

  5. Select the account you wish to use for the payment, specify the payment amount, and choose whether to make a one-time or recurring payment.

  7. Confirm the payment. Once processed, you’ll receive a notification.

  8. Save or send a receipt for your records.

Pay from Another Bank

  1. Log in to the online banking portal of your primary bank, or consult customer support if needed.

  2. Add Access Bank as a recipient in your bank’s payment system, using your loan account number and specific loan reference details.

  3. Specify the payment amount and verify the external account, following your bank’s required verification steps.

  4. Schedule the payment, double-checking the loan recipient and payment amount for accuracy.

  5. Confirm the payment and save or print the confirmation for record-keeping.

Other Payment Methods

  1. Deposit cash at Absa ATMs or branches for crediting to your loan account.
