How to register an account?
To register an account on the Weststar Mortgage website, you need to first apply for the loan or have one already. As the company is not only a lender but also a servicer, you can connect to your loan if your lender uses Weststar’s portal.
Click Login on the main page of the website, then go to the “New User” link. You will have to enter your email as a username and pick a password of at least 6 characters. Weststar Mortgage will require entering your name, address, email, date of birth and identifying documents. After you submit and verify your account, you can login into it.

How to reset a password on the website?
To reset your password on the website, again, on the main page of the company’s website, click Login. You will see a “Forgot Password” link. Provide your email address in the specified field. You will receive a message with a link you have to follow to create a new password. Specify the new 6 characters and click Submit.
Now you can login into your loan account using your email and a new password.
How to delete an account on the website?
You can't delete your account on the website without contacting the company. They will check your payments and the payoff of your loans.
For that, you can either call the company during the workdays or send an email with the request. You won’t be allowed to close your account if you still owe the company anything.
