How to register an account?
Registering with Westlake is quite easy and won't take much time.
Customers need to access the registration page on the official company's page, then click the "Register Now" button on the login page to create a new account.
Enter the information such as account number, date of birth, SSN, email, and password, and be free to use the account. Do not forget to click the "Continue" button to complete the registration procedure.

How to reset a password?
To reset a password, customers must go to the official Westlake Financial Services login site and click on the Forgot Password button. Then enter the email address linked to the account, account number, last 4 digits of SSN, and date of birth. Afterward, press the Continue button and follow the necessary instructions to reset the password.
In case of any problems, clients can contact +1 (888) 739-9192 or +1 (888) 893-7937 for support. Note that Westlake Financial's customer service team is available for the call from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
How to delete an account?
There are several methods to delete the customer's account via Westlake MyAccount.
Clients can delete their accounts by contacting Westlake MyAccount via email. For that, you will need to:
State in the mail the reasons for account deletion;
Provide all the relevant information about the account with Westlake MyAccount;
Mention whether you have a GDPR or CCPA Law;
Note that the penalty for non-compliance makes up $7,500 with CCPA and 4% under GDPR;
