How to download the app?

For Android users

To download the Westlake MyAccount app, Android users must access the Google Play Store and then find the Westlake MyAccount app. Click Install and wait for the app to appear on your screen.

For iOS users

To download the Westlake MyAccount app, iOS users may use the App Store. Find the Westlake MyAccount app in the mobile App Store and click Get.

How to delete the app?

Customers can delete the Westlake account from the iPhone. To do that:

1. Tap the Westlake MyAccount icon from the home screen, and hold it;

2. An "X" sign will appear in the top right corner of the app;

3. Click the "X" sign on Westlake MyAccount;

4. Tap the red delete button.

Alternatively, you can:

1. From the iPhone settings, click on "General";

2. Then click on "iPhone Storage" and check the installation;

3. Click the Westlake MyAccount app to delete it;

4. Select "Delete Westlake MyAccount" on the next screen and confirm the delete.

Customers can also delete their accounts from their Android phones. To do that:

1. Open Google Play;

2. From the menu, go to "My Apps & Games";

3. Find the Westlake MyAccount from the list;

4. Tap "Uninstall".

Also, you can go to the home screen or app drawer, tap and hold the Westlake MyAccount app you want to delete and then simply click the "Uninstall" button. 

To delete the app through Android phone settings by clicking on 'Apps', selecting the Westlake MyAccount app for deletion, and clicking "Uninstall".
