How to register an account?
There's a "Register" option available in the drop-down menu on the home page. Click Login, then Register.
The "Create an account" web page asks you for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and password.
You won't need any additional info, and there's no confirmation email to be received. Creating a Vroom account is very easy, and it's possible to sign up using your Google or Apple ID.
Features
The personal account section is divided into six sessions.
"My Hub" enables users to complete requested actions, monitor selling and trade-ins, and review previous transactions.
"Order Tracking" lets you monitor current deliveries.
"Favorites" lists the vehicles you have saved.
"Personal Details", "Update Password", and "Address" deal mostly with personal data and enable you to edit it.
How to reset a password?
On the log-in page, there's a prompt to reset your password. The "Forgot password" page only asks for your email. Provide the email address you’ve used for registering, and the company will contact you. Follow the link in the message to reset the password.
If that address is no longer valid, you should get in touch with Vroom via their customer service line or email address.
How to delete an account?
In order to get the option of deleting your account, you need to send an email to [email protected]. The company will guide you through the deactivation process of your account with a helpful web assistant.
