How to download the app?

For Android users

If the user has an Android device, they can download the Vola Finance app using the Google Play application store. They must have the Android 5.0 version or later installed. To install the app, go to the app store, search for the app by name and click the "Install" button.

For iOS users

If the user has an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, they can download the Vola Finance app from the App Store. They must have iOS 11.2 or later installed. To download the app, search for the app in the App Store and click on the "Get" button.

How to delete the app?

To delete the app on your Android device, go to Google Play in your profile. Next, click Application Management, then Vola Finance, and select Delete.

To delete an app on your iOS device, hold down the Vola Finance app icon on the home screen. Click on the cross in the upper corner and confirm the deletion.

How do I delete my Vola information?

To delete banking and personal information, the user needs to ensure that there are no cash advance debts on their Vola account. Next, they need to unsubscribe and log out of the account. All personal information of the user is deleted automatically.

What kind of bank accounts does Vola support?

Vola supports more than 6000 different banks and credit unions. The user needs to link to the Vola account, a bank account that has at least $150 on balance, is active for 3 months or more, is active most days of the week, and receives regular deposits or income.

How do I add and change a bank account with Vola?

The borrower can change or add a bank account only when he does not have an active cash advance. They need to go to the Profile Page and scroll down to "Add or Replace account". This can be done no more than once a week.
