How to register an account?
On the main page of the website, click Create an account. You will be redirected to the VmfCustomerPortal. If you want to create an account for an existing loan application, you need to be sure you use the name and info stated in your application as the primary applicant.
To create a new account, enter the loan application ID, then read and agree to the terms of use. Fill in your email address, date of birth, and your Social Security Number. The verification message will be sent to your email address. Once you follow the link, you can start using your account.

There are fees applicable to the account services, such as payment assistance, recast fee, returned check fee, and co-counsel fee.
How to reset a password?
To reset your password, click Sign In and then Forgot your password? on the customer portal. Fill in your username and tap Send me a link. The company will reach you via email and provide a link for creating a new password.
How to delete an account?
To delete your account, request the closure via phone. Phone the company during business hours, and in case you don’t have any obligations to fulfill, the company’s representative will close your account.
