The user can use these functions in their account in the Grain mobile application:
Receive cash advance and transfer funds to the bank account
Receive credit tips to improve your credit score
Use tools for building credit, such as tracking changes in credit score and reading reports for credit bureaus
Upload documents to apply for an account opening
Track the user's credit balance
Track the payment calendar.
How to download the app?
The Grain mobile app is available for download only for iOS devices. However, the user can sign up for the waitlist to receive notifications about the release of the Grain application in Google Play for Android devices.
Users can download the Grain app from the App Store. They must have iOS 12.0 or later installed. To download the app, search for the app in the App Store and click on the "Get" button.
How to register an account?
You can register a Grain account only in the mobile application. To register an account, the user needs to:
Apply for an account opening;
Accept a loan offer;
Enter email and phone number;
Enter the confirmation code from the SMS;
Come up with a username and password.
How to reset a password?
It is not possible to reset the Grain account password on the company's website. The user can reset the password of their account in the mobile application by doing these steps:
Click on the "Forgot Password?" button when logging in to your account;
Go to the email and click on the "Reset Password" button;
Enter the new password twice and click "Ok".
How to delete an account?
The user also cannot delete the account using the Grain website. To delete an account in the mobile application, the user needs to:
Go to Profile Tab;
Click on "Account";
Click on "Close Account".
To delete an app, hold down the Grain app icon on the home screen. Click on the cross in the upper right corner and confirm the deletion.
