How to apply for a loan?
To apply for the service, you first need to request a call from the company.
Fill in your name, email, and phone in the form and click Start a Conversation. The company’s representative will get in touch with you and ask for your info. They will provide you with loan details, and, in case you want to continue the application procedure, you will be offered to fill in the application. Prepare the documents and read the loan details and terms carefully.
Requirements
Renters should attach to the application name and contact information the property owner's name, rental property address, Equity Trust asset number, payment amount, ABA routing, and bank account numbers. Borrowers should also point out the lender's name, principal, and interest amounts for loan repayments.
Applications are usually considered within one or two business days.
The reasons for rejection commonly include incongruity of documents to the Equity Trust Company's requirements, insufficient quantity of years operating in business, or income.
