They accept a wide range of checks made out to businesses, and they also cash money orders. Whether it's a payroll check or even a personal check from someone, they have you covered for all your financial needs!

I've been a customer here for many years. The staff is friendly and consistently understanding. If you're applying for a loan for the first time, just remember to bring your most recent pay stubs or have your bank statement readily available.

My visit to the store today was exceptional. The staff ensured that I was well taken care of, addressing all my questions and offering me the assistance I required.

My account was inexplicably disabled, and when I attempted to reach their customer service through multiple calls, I received no response on several occasions. When I finally did get through to someone, they were unable to assist me in resetting my account, which raised concerns. There seems to be something seriously amiss with this service. It could be a potential scam or they certainly need to significantly improve their customer service.

I registered for their app and provided all my information, including the last 4 digits of my SSN. I also uploaded a check for review. However, shortly after the check went into review, they locked me out of my account. I called their customer support, and the first representative I spoke to was not very helpful or specific. He just mentioned that the check was cashed, which seemed impossible since I had uploaded the back of the check with my signature and ID. He abruptly hung up on me. I called back a second time, and the same thing happened—another hang-up. On my third attempt, I spoke to a different representative who requested my information again. Regarding my check, he claimed it was a bad check, even though I knew it was not. It appears that this app may be engaging in fraudulent activities. I strongly advise against using it, as there are suspicions that they need to be investigated and shut down.

This company is just scumming and phishing for information. My account was disabled immediately after I set it up. I contact support and the guy didn’t know anything. I had a very strange feeling after talking to him. I called back later in the day (same issue) a lady, I assume it’s the guy's wife started asking the answer to my security question, when I answered I was told I was incorrect and what another answer. I asked when the account was opened because i did not recognize the question being asked. I was told they could not look at my account without answer personal questions from my credit report.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Professional service,very informative. Policies in place for safe social distancing while in queue and are being practiced. I do recommend this service to anyone desirous of doing their transactions in a comfortable atmosphere.
