How to register an account?
To register with Spruce, you will have to:
Go to the Spruce website or open the Spruce app;
Click on the "Sign up" button and then enter your contact information;
Set up your password;
Enter the e-mail and wait for the verification;
Provide the mobile verification code;
Enter your personal information;
Confirm that you agree with each of the Spruce documents.
Features
Inside your Spruce account, you can find tabs with the most needed features:
In the "Spending" and "Savings" sections, you can track your spending and set your savings goals.
In the "Credit" section, you can see your credit score and the factors that form it: Payment History, Amount owed, Credit history, New Credit, and Credit mix. However, you can only see your score, and Spruce does not offer any loan options.
In the "Move Money" section, you can transfer money from or to your Spruce accounts.
How to reset a password?
If you cannot log in to your account, call +1 (855) 977-7823 for help. The company will help you to restore your password or generate a new one.
The same is applicable if you've forgotten your username. Spruce sends verification to the mobile phone you've entered while registering.
How to delete an account?
To discontinue your Spruce account, call +1 (855) 977-7823. In case you don’t have any obligations with the company left, you will be eligible for your account’s removal.
Spruce would close the account automatically if it was inactive for more than six months.
