How to register an account?
There's a "Log in" button located in the top right corner of the page. Once you click on it, a new tab will open. There, you'll need to click on the "Sign Up" link. Three opportunities will be presented to you: register with Google, Apple, or Facebook. After you select the option that fits you the most, you'll be transferred to a multi-step registration page.
You will be asked to verify your identity:
Enter a phone number to receive a confirmation text;
You'll be asked to scan the front and the back of your state ID;
Fill in more personal data.
There's a 48-hour verification period, but it might take less time to confirm your identity. Before verification is complete, you won't be able to borrow money.
Features
Creating a personal account allows you to borrow or lend money. The full functionality of the peer-to-peer lending platform can be accessed either via the desktop version (online) or via the official app. Once you complete the registration process, you can create lending requests.
You can link your bank account and card to the account to obtain the funds and then pay the money back. It's also possible to examine and closely monitor all the information about your outstanding loans. The ability to change personal information is also provided.
How to reset a password?
There's a "Forgot Password" page that can help you recover access to the account. You will be asked to complete the form before the instructions on how to reset the password are forwarded to your email address. You'll be asked to input your username or email address before receiving the message.
How to delete an account?
The fastest way of deleting your account is to open up the official app. Then, you need to tap on the tab that says "Settings." There, you will need to find a prompt to erase your account. This can also be done via the web interface or by sending an email email email requesting account deletion.
