How to register an account
You will be able to keep track of your payment history and verify the status of your mortgage if you have an SLS account.
SLS simplified the online launch process significantly. Your Starter Guide is included in the Welcome Packet (which they sent you by mail). Once you've gathered that data, you can sign up for an account on the main page.
- Simply type in your current email address, first and last name, and then the Continue button.
- Input your SLS account and social security number before hitting the submit button.
- They will send an email with a temporary password to you.
- Afterward, you must use the link provided in the email to access your account and change your password.
How to reset a password
You may quickly change your SLS account password.
- Click the Customer Login button on the customer login page, followed by the Forgot Password? link.
- Click Continue and fill in the email address linked with your account.
- Enter your social security number (SSN) on the Secure Account Access screen, and click submit.
- You'll immediately get an email with a temporary password that you can use to check in securely to your account right away.
How to delete an account
You can reach the SLS Customer Care Center at 1-800-315-4757 or email [email protected] if you wish to cancel your SLS account.
