If you have accidentally applied for an incorrect loan amount, entered wrong personal data, or have any other reasons to cancel payment, contact the support team via phone at 855-727-2395 or email [email protected]. If you have applied for a payment plan but do not need medication anymore and the clinic did not yet confirm the payment, you do not have to do anything. The plan will expire 13 days from the application date. If you decide to use another payment method, inform your doctor to void your Scratchpay invoice and accept alternative payments.

Check your clinic on the Scratchpay list or map to know the available service. If your clinic is a Scratchpay partner, your doctor will let you know and clarify the process.

• Sign up using a website account or an app and apply for a payment plan;

• Wait for your clinic to confirm your payment plan via the Scratchpay dashboard;

• Now you can get your medical care.
