To get your loan application approved, you must provide information about your employment history for the last two years, two months of bank account statements, have no bankruptcies in the last two years, and have a debt-to-income ratio of up to 43%. The minimum loan is usually 620, but the higher it is, the more favorable the mortgage conditions. If your credit score is 800, then you have the opportunity to get the minimum annual percentage rate (APR) for the loan.
