RoundPoint Mortgage's pay off

There are five different ways to pay for your mortgage with RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation.

Recurring Monthly Payment (ACH)

If you want to make your monthly mortgage payment without incurring any additional fees, you can use ACH. Each month, your mortgage payment will be automatically deducted from your specified checking or savings account on the date you specify. Log into your Servicing Digital online account to set up and manage your recurring monthly payment. This secure and user-friendly portal allows you to enroll, change, or cancel your regular ACH payments anytime.

Pay Online

If you're sending money from a bank account, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation can post it the next business day. For clients to use this payment method, there is absolutely no charge. After 6:00 p.m. EST, payments planned before that time will be deposited into your account the following business day. Payouts intended after you will apply at 6:00 p.m. EST the next working day. They will process weekend and holiday payments on the next working day.

Pay By Phone

You can dial 877-426-8805 for Customer Service. Please have a copy of your bank account number and routing number on hand.

Pay By Moneygram

You can make cash payments via the MoneyGram service at any of their locations. Once the transaction is complete, please ensure you have the loan number and receiver code. The receiver code is 7302.

Pay By Mail

Send the payment coupon with a cheque or money order. Make a memo of the loan number and mail your check or money order to this address.

Early payoff

There are no prepayment penalties for RoundPoint Mortgage loans. One strategy to save money on your monthly budget is to pay off your mortgage early. It's common for prepayment penalties to equal the interest you would have accrued if you had delayed payment. If you pay off your principal early, you may end up paying for the good you would have otherwise.
