How to register an account
As with the login process, creating an account with the RoundPoint Mortgage portal is simple and takes only a few minutes.
- Open the RoundPoint Mortgage portal's login tab.
- A link that indicates Click here to register a new online account will appear beneath the Login button.
- That link will direct you to a new page where you must input the following information: User Name, Password, Confirm Password; Personal Information; and Security Information.
- Once you've entered all the following information accurately, you must press the Submit button to finish your registration process.
- You will receive an email from RoundPoint Mortgage once you have finished the registration process.
How to reset a password
To reset your Roundpoint mortgage account password, click the Forgot Password link. Next, you'll be asked to enter your User Name, Social Security Number (SSN), or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and validate your SSN / TIN. The next step requires you to click Continue after you have entered the previously mentioned data. The RoundPoint Mortgage site will begin a security verification process in the following action, after which you will be able to reset your User Name.
How to delete an account
Contact RoundPoint Mortgage's Customer Service Department at 877.426.8805 to get your RoundPoint Mortgage account deleted.
