How to register an account?
To create an account on PennyMac, you need to click on Login/Register button on the top right corner of a main page. After that, you will see a window with two options: one suggesting you already have a mortgage, and the other for those who want to apply for a new one. If you are a customer of PennyMac, click on My Account and proceed to fill in your login and password. If you don't have an account, click on My Application. You will be redirected to a page where you can either log into the account or register. Tap Not Registered and fill in the username and password. Once you select Continue, there will appear the fields asking for your e-mail address. You will be sent a verification code to your email address. Fill it in, and set up the 2-factor identification.
Features
You can apply for mortgage loans within the registered account. You will see the results of your application's verification and the offers you get for a loan. The account allows you to review the loan information and your current balance. Additionally, you can schedule your mortgage payments and pay multiple mortgages simultaneously.
How to delete an account?
If you no longer want to be a PennyMac's customer and wish to delete your account, call customer service and ask to speak with a representative. You will need to provide your customer details and request the cancellation. The lender will send you a confirmation by email.
