Apply For OpenRoad Lending

Update 04.01.2023

How to apply for a loan?

The application procedure begins on the OpenRoad Lending website, where you will be asked to complete the following steps:

  • Describe your refinancing purpose:
  • Reduce your payment
  • Reduce your rate
  • Calculate your overall savings.

If you want to remove a cosigner or do something else, there is an "other" option.

If your primary goal is to pay less on your bills each month and refinancing appears to be too time-consuming, there are other ways to reduce your automobile payment.

Provide details about yourself, your vehicle, and your cosigner:

  • Name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, and Social Security number;
  • Income, employment title, and employer name – you'll need a gross monthly income of at least $1,500;
  • Vehicle details include the following: year, make, model, mileage, and vehicle identification number (VIN);
  • Name of your present lender: Your loan repayment should be between $7,500 and $80,000.

The company can present you with one or more auto refinance options within a few minutes of submitting your loan application. Compare them to other deals. Whether you have high or weak credit, looking into deals from your local credit union, bank, or internet lender is always a good idea. If you like what you see from OpenRoad Lending, you can complete the specifics and sign on the dotted line by downloading the loan package.

Requirements

The company provides financing for vehicles that are at least eight years old and have fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer. You need to be 18 years old and make at least $1,800 per month to qualify (revenue from Uber and taxis does not count). The minimum loan amount is $7,500. You are required to make your purchase from a franchised dealer located in your state. Oldsmobile, Daewoo, Smart Cars, Isuzu, and other automobiles that are no longer in production should not be financed.

If you're considering refinancing with OpenRoad Lending, here's what you should know.

Your car model must be eight years old or newer and have 140,000 miles or fewer to qualify for refinancing. Commercial cars, motorbikes, and recreational vehicles are not eligible for refinancing.

Application details

You can still apply for refinancing with OpenRoad Lending if you're upside down on your loan, which means you owe more than the car is worth. It is important to note that your loan-to-value ratio influences whether you can refinance with OpenRoad Lending. Your LTV can only be up to 175% of the vehicle's wholesale value.

If you are authorized, you must download OpenRoad Lending's auto refinance package, which contains instructions for completing the refinancing process. Although the requirements vary depending on the customer, you should anticipate signing a loan and security agreement, submitting information about your present loan, and showing proof of your current income.

It would help if you faxed your completed refinance loan paperwork, and you may be required to transmit the title to OpenRoad Lending overnight via snail mail. It could be a disadvantage if you want to conduct the entire refinancing procedure online.
