If you are late for a due date, immediately contact the loan officer by phone to make sure that it has passed. Otherwise, your credit history may suffer.
Early payoff
Newrez charges a prepayment fee. The fee is charged under states' laws. Usually, such a fee is calculated based on a percentage of the amount of your loan. So, the estimate of the prepayment amount can only be determined by your credit documents.
