How to register an account
If you are interested in having your account on Newrez, open the website's main page and click "Log in" in the upper corner. Click the "Sign In" button and select "Not registered? Create your ezHub account". After that, fill in your username email. Click the "Create" button.
You will receive a confirmation email, enter the code, and click "Confirm". You can now log into the account, where you will find expanded guidelines and licensing information.
How to reset a password
If you forgot your password and want to restore it or set a new one, access the website. After you receive a link to log in and follow it, at the bottom, you will find the tab "I forgot my password." Complete the procedure according to the instructions.
How to delete an account
The deletion is possible through an email request. To do this, you should:
Specify the reasons for deleting your email;
Present all the necessary information;
Specify under what law you are making your request. It can be GDPR or CCPA. GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (for EU residents). It gives you the right to ask the organization to delete the data it stores. CCPA is the California Consumer Privacy Act, under which California residents can demand that business deletes the data/personal information they have about you.
Provide Newrez with information about the penalty for non-compliance with this requirement ($ 7,500 according to CCPA and 4% of the annual turnover according to GDPR).
