How to apply for a loan?
To enable the application process, you need to click Get Started. Answer the questions regarding the VA loan you want to take, then about your property type and value. Fill in your personal information, like name, phone number, email address, and property details.
Once you submit a pre-qualification form, the company's representative will contact you to request additional details. You will need to upload documents and complete the application if you find the loan offer suitable for you.
Requirements
To be eligible for NewDay USA service, you should:
- Be an active duty service member, or
- Veteran with an honorable discharge, or
- Reservist or National Guard with an honorable discharge and sufficient time served, or
- Surviving spouse of an eligible deceased Veteran, or
- Spouse of an MIA or POW service member.
The lenders evaluate your credit history, income, and assets to determine how much you can borrow.
Application details
To close your loan, you will need to upload documents concerning your personal information, income, and home. These are your Social Security Number, tax paystubs, and employment documents. You may need to upload proof of military service in the form of DD214 to confirm your eligibility.
