How to download the app?
For iOS users
To download the Nelnet app, iOS users may use the App Store. Find the Nelnet in the mobile App Store and click Get. Wait for the application to download and open it to sign in.
For Android users
To download the Nelnet app on Android devices, you have to access the Google Play store and find the Nelnet app. Click Install on the app and wait for it to appear on your screen. Now, you can sign into your account.
How to pay via the Nelnet app?
To pay via the Nelnet app, log in to the Nelnet account in the app.
- Select the "Make a Payment" icon;
- Enter the payment amount in the "Payment Amount" field;
- Choose the desired Payment Date;
- Enter your checking or savings account information;
- Click on the "Proceed to Confirmation" button.
How to delete the app?
To delete the Nelnet app, you will need to find the Nelnet app icon on your screen and hold it. Once you see the deletion menu, click X or "Uninstall" button. The app will be deleted from your device.
