First, you should visit the home page and locate the gray box that says "Loan Customer Log In". Under the "Log In" button, you will see a link that will lead you to the registration form. Once you click Register, you will be redirected to a new web page that will provide you with background information regarding, among other things, passwords, JavaScript, and emails. Once you click "Next" to confirm that you read through and understood all the information, you will be asked to fill out important personal data. There's a four-step registration process that will require you to enter your SSN, DoB, email address, and several other personal data.

How to reset a password?

It's located under the "Register" button on the main page. After punching in your User ID, SSN, account number, and DoB, you will be asked to come up with a new password that must adhere to certain security standards. If your account winds up getting locked for whichever reason, you can only recover it by contacting the company's customer support hotline.
How to delete an account?
In order to completely disable your account, you will have to get in touch with the customer support service. The agent who will assist you will first require your personal account number and your reason for wanting to delete your account.
