LoanCare PayOff

Update 03.06.2022

Repayment of loan

Once you have an account with LoanCare, you can repay your mortgage by:

  • Mailing your check or money order to P.O. Box 37628 Philadelphia, PA 19101-0628, P.O. Box 60509 City of Industry, CA 91716-0509, or 3637 Sentara Way Virginia Beach, VA 23452

  • Payment via their website or app from a checking or savings account, which incurs a $15.00 fee.

Steps to repay

When you are paying off your mortgage, you need to keep in mind your repayment period to avoid incurring late fees. You can make repayments on your mortgage on LoanCare by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select payment and set automatic payments or make a one-time payment. LoanCare will automatically deduct funds from your account on the date you specify for automatic payments. You can also make a check payable to or designate LoanCare as the payee on your bill pay.

  3. Follow the prompts and input your banking information.

Conditions of loan extension

If you are in financial difficulty and cannot continue making payments on time or pay the required principal and interest, you can apply for a forbearance loan modification through the LoanCare website.

However, for LoanCare to approve your request, your mortgage must be owned or backed by one of the federal agencies and entities, such as the FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac.

If you contact LoanCare and your mortgage loan is not backed by one of the federal agencies or entities listed above, you may be eligible for loan modifications.

Early payoff

It might be hard to pay off your mortgage loan, especially if you have been in forbearance and want to get rid of it as soon as possible.

So how do you pay off your loans fast when repaying a mortgage forbearance?

Every month, save money by cutting back on expenses even more than usual, and then use that money to pay off your debts faster. You can do this by reducing your entertainment costs, such as going out or eating out, if possible. If not, try reducing more minor expenses such as buying new clothes or eating out by cooking at home to save money in the long run.

Then, contact LoanCare and inquire about any programs or incentives that could assist you in paying off your loan more quickly. They may offer options like lower interest rates or monthly payments, which will help you save money over time and free up cash for other purposes.

Next, if you have a home equity line of credit, consider paying down your mortgage with that money. You will also have more cash on hand for other expenses and bills, and your overall debt burden will be reduced.

Finally, if your previous lender’s payoff statement has not expired, you can use it to pay off the debt that LoanCare is helping you service and ease your financial burden.
