To download the app, go to the App Store and find the app called "Great Lakes Mobile" under the Great Lakes Educational Loan Services, Inc. developer. Tap Get and wait for the app to download. It is also compatible with the iPad.
For Android users
If you have an Android device, access Google Pay and Find the "Great Lakes Mobile" app. The developer is Great Lakes Educational Loan Services. Click Install. Once the app is downloaded on your phone, you can start using it.
How to delete the app?
To delete the application, locate it on your screen and hold the icon. Once you see an app’s menu, click X or Delete, and the app will be uninstalled.
