How to download the app?

For iOS users

To download the mobile app, access the App Store. The app is called “Myconstant - P2P lending” under the Const LLC developer. Click Get and wait for the app to download.

For Android users

If you have an Android device, go to Google Play and find “MyConstant Secured P2P Lending” app from the Constant developer. Click Install and wait for the icon to appear on your main screen.

How to delete the app?

To delete the MyConstant app, locate it on your screen and hold the icon. Once you see an app menu, click either X or Delete.

How do I deposit funds to my MyConstant account?

To deposit funds in USD, use ACH to transfer funds to the MyConstant bank account. In the case of depositing crypto, use Wire to transfer to the company’s wallet.

How do I close the MyConstant account?

To close your account, you need to close all your obligations. If you don’t have any, contact the company and request the deletion.

How can I transfer money from my MyConstant account?

To withdraw funds, log into your account and click on your Profile icon. Click withdraw fiat for ACH withdrawals. Fill in how much you want to send, the payment method, and the bank info, and click Send.
