How to register an account
Account registration happens automatically after you submit a loan application. To access the application page, you need to click on the "Apply now!" button or on the "Check Your Offer" button after you select your state and loan amount. Both links can be found on the website's landing page.
Then you will have to enter your personal and financial information and receive an email stating that your account has been registered.
How to reset a password
You can find the "Reset password" button in Profile Settings if you want to change it. If you've forgotten your password, go to the customer portal and click the "Forgot the password" button.
How to delete an account
You can find information on how to delete your account in Profile Settings. If you cannot do so, contact the customer support team.
