The loan payment includes the principal portion, taxes, and insurance parts. Also, the payment may include private mortgage insurance (PMI) if your down payment is less than 20%.

You can increase the repayment term only if you receive a refinancing. Refinancing gives you the opportunity to change the repayment period of an existing mortgage to reduce monthly payments.

Morty does not take application and origination fees. Also, you do not need to pay a prepayment fee in case of early payments on the loan. However, lenders-partners can take their commissions.
