How to reset a password?
Customers need to complete a few easy steps to reset a password. First, they will have to open the reset password link, enter the account email and then simply follow the instructions sent to the email.
How to delete an account?
With MoneyLion, customers are free to delete their accounts. Note that as for Credit Builder Plus membership, customers can cancel the account after paying their Credit Builder Plus loan in full. No fees are being charged for that. Take into account that once you delete the account, you'll have no access to credit builder loans, credit monitoring, Lion's Share payouts, and other account functions.
To delete the MoneyLion, account:
Click on the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap "Membership"
Choose "manage my membership."
Click "Cancel"
After that, your account will be deleted, and the membership will be closed.
