Repayment of loan
The borrower can make credit card payments online. To do this, they need to link a checking bank account to an account on the Mission Lane website or in a mobile application. Also, the borrower can make payments by phone by calling the company's phone number. All these methods do not require payment of any hidden fees.
To pay Mission Lane back online, follow these steps:
Sign into your account with Mission Lane;
Choose Make Payment from your dashboard;
Click Add a checking account;
Fill in the field with your bank account’s routing numbers;
Click Submit. Now, you can make payments from this bank account.
Click again Make Payment and choose the payment method;
Enter the payment amount and submit the request. Your payment will be processed by your bank.
You can also enroll into automatic payments. This way, you only need to add your bank account. The payment will be made on the due dates automatically.
Payment amounts and due dates
You can find your current payment due dates and the amount you still have to repay via your Mission Lane account. If you submit your payment before 5:59 pm ET on your due date, it will be processed the same day. Submitting your payment after 5:59 pm ET will result in your payment being processed the next day.
If you only signed up with Mission Lane, you may see that on your dashboard the due dates aren’t assigned. They will appear when your first statement closes. The company will notify you on it.
Early payoff
The company's customers can make credit card payments in advance. Mission Lane does not charge prepayment fees for early loan repayments. So, you can make payments early and save money on interest.
As Mission Lane reports to the three major credit bureaus, on-time payments can improve your credit score. If your goal is to boost your credit history, consider making on-time payments and don’t pay back early.
