Users can complete their MACU registration on their Android device by following the steps outlined below.
Install the Mountain America Credit Union app from Google Play Store;
Sign in to your account using the existing online banking username and password. If you don't have an account, just click on Register and choose from an individual/business account option;
Agree to the terms and conditions as they appear on the screen. Confirm your identity and set up a username and password;
Once your registration is confirmed, login with your username and password;
For security purposes, you may be asked to verify your identity by entering a one-time code;
When you see the verification message on your mobile screen, choose the email/text options and click on send code;
Enter the passcode on receipt and click on verify. After the authentication is complete, your account will be ready to use;
Face ID/touch ID features should be enabled automatically on compatible devices while using the Mountain America mobile app.
