How to register
To register an account with a Luxury Card, open the company's official web page, then point out the current email address, zip code, SSN numbers, date of birth, and home or cell phone numbers in the appropriate fields that appear on the screen.
After providing all the necessary information, click the Continue button and follow further instructions to complete the registration process. Then the company's representative will contact you to help complete the application process.
Note that some employment and financial information, such as the source of income, occupation, and total annual gross income, may also be needed.
How to reset a password
To reset an account with a Luxury Card, go to the company's official page, click the "Reset a password" button and enter your username or email address. You may also be required to provide the last four numbers of your SSNs to reset a password. Then make sure to submit all the necessary information. After that, you will be free to use your account with the company.
How to delete an account
To delete an account with a Luxury card, contact the customer's support over the mail, stating the reason for the account deletion.
You can do that 24/7. It may take several days for a company to consider your case. Generally, the consideration process takes from one to seven days. It predominantly depends on each individual customer's case.
After sending an email letter, the company will review your request and decide if you are eligible for account removal. If you have an existing debt with the lender, they won't allow you to delete your account. Nevertheless, in most cases, customers manage to delete an account without any problems.
