Requirements
To qualify for the Luxury Card, clients need to have an excellent credit score, 720 or higher on the FICO score, be at least 18 years old, be a USA citizen or a permanent resident and provide proof of having a steady and regular source of income.
Also, clients will need to prove their ID by providing a Social Security Number (SSN). Be ready that you also may need to provide address proof and income proof in the form of the last 3 months' salary, bank statements, or income tax returns.

To apply for a card, clients have to provide such documents as:
ID Proof in the form of a Social Security Number
Address proof
Income Proof in the form of the last 3 months
Salary, bank statements, or income tax returns.

How to apply for a card
To apply for a card, click the Apply Now button on the official page of the Luxury card.
Fill out your first and last name, permanent address, and zip code;
Add some employment and financial information such as the source of income, occupation, total annual gross income, and contact information in the form of phone numbers and email.
Provide security information like date of birth and Social Security Number;
Add balance transfers. Authorized users read all legal terms and conditions;
Proceed to the instant response by clicking on the Apply button.
To apply, you will also need to accept annual fee acknowledgment and local terms and conditions. After completing this step, a representative from the company will contact you to help complete the whole application process.
