Lower requires you to fill out an online application form on their website to open an account. This form will request contact information, job information, and other information necessary to process your application.
How to reset a password on the website?
You have no password on the company's website. To log in and make payments, you need your Loan number and Property Zip Code.
How to delete an account on the website?
There is no deletion option available from the account. You need to contact the company's customer service department in case you no longer want to be a customer.
