How to register an account?
LendKey does not allow you to get pre-qualification, so the user can register only after completing the application. To do this, the user needs to do these actions:
- Complete the application;
- Click "Create account";
- Fill in the email, date of birth, and phone number, and come up with a password.

In their LendKey account, the users can:
- Configure automatic payments with the AutoPay function.
- Keep track of the next payments and the remaining loan amount.
- Change the application data and securely upload the necessary documents.
How to reset a password?
To reset the password in the account on the LendKey website, you need to do these steps:
- When logging in to your account, click on the "Forgot password?" button;
- Click on the "Reset Password" button in the email ;
- Enter the new password twice and click "Continue".
How to delete an account?
The users cannot delete the account on the LendKey website by themselves. To delete an account, the user needs to contact technical support by phone or email. An employee of LendKey will check the account for loan debts and successfully delete the account if there are none.
