How to register an account
As a prospective user, you must install the app before creating an account. You must also prepare to disclose financial and personal details, like your email address, mobile number, and banking credentials. Then, follow the on-screen prompts to enter your details and set up an account.
You will be required to attest that your bank account is at least two months old, that your paycheck is deposited directly into that account, and that the minimum amount is $250. You'll need to prove that you've received at least three salaries from the same employer, all of which must have been paid consecutively.
How to reset a password
You may either choose "forgot password" when choosing "login" or get in touch with support to get your password reset if you have forgotten it.
