How to sign up?
To register an account on the Gerald website, customers have to download the Gerald App on Google Play or Apple Store. Then create a login and a password and click get started:
Click the sign-up button;
Enter first and last names and personal information like residence;
Select a type of service
Create a username and password;
Log in and use the app.
You may also need to link your bank accounts and connect all your household bills afterward.
How to reset a password?
To reset a password, on your home screen click Log In and then Forgot the password. The link will be sent to your email address.
You can contact the company's representative over the mail [email protected]. Note that you may be required to attach some personal information to reset the password.
How to change the username?
To change the username with Gerald, you may need to make a written request on the company's mail [email protected]. You can also try to change settings yourself by
Tapping on "My Account";
Clicking on the existing username, editing it;
Entering the new username, and pressing Done.
Make sure to save the changes.
How to delete an account?
Customers may close the Gerald account by sending an email to [email protected]. After the account is closed, we have no obligation to accept deposits or pay outstanding items but may do so at our discretion.
To delete the Gerald app, you will need to find the Gerald app icon on your screen and hold it. Once you see the deletion menu, click it.
