In the Ingo Money mobile app, the user can:
Add new accounts to which they can withdraw money from checks
Cash checks by photographing them
Send funds anywhere, to a debit or prepaid card, bank account (ACH debit), or PayPal or Venmo.
How to download the app?
For Android users
If the user has an Android device, they can download the Ingo Money app using the Google Play application store. They must have the Android 5.0 version or later installed. To install the application, go to the app store, search for the app by name and click the "Install" button.
For iOS users
If the user has an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, they can download the Ingo Money app from the App Store. They must have iOS 11.0 or later installed. To download the app, search for the app in the App Store and click on the "Get" button.
How to register an account?
To register an account with Ingo Money, the borrower needs to:
Install the Ingo Money mobile application;
Come up with a username and password;
Enter their email, phone number, and SSN.
How to reset a password?
To reset the password in the Ingo Money account, the user needs to:
Click on the "Forgot Password" button;
Enter the email, the last 4 SSN digits, and the date of birth;
Use the temporary password that came to the email to log in to the account;
Create a new password in the "Settings" section.
How to delete an account?
To delete the account on Ingo Money, contact the company's representative. They will determine if you are eligible for withdrawing from the database.
If you have debts with the company and need to pay them back, Ingo Money won't allow you to delete the account.
How to delete the app?
To delete the app on your Android device, go to Google Play in your profile. Next, click Application Management, then Ingo Money, and select Delete.
To delete an app on your iOS device, hold down the Ingo Money app icon on the home screen. Click on the cross in the upper right corner and confirm the deletion.
