How to register an account?
To sign up with Hometap, you need to first become its customer. For that, click Get an Estimate and fill in your property information. Once you undergo the application procedure and sign your agreement, the company will create you an account on its customer portal. You can access it by clicking Log in on the main page.
How to change a password?
On the main page of the Hometap website, click Log in. Tap the “Forgot your password?” button on the customer portal. Provide the email you’ve submitted in your application and click Reset Password. You will receive an email from the company and will be able to reset your password.
How to delete an account?
To delete your account, you need to reach the company via phone or email and request the deletion. It can only be done if you settle with the company.
