Paying your mortgage loan online using the Borrower Connection from HomeLoanServ is a safe and convenient method to keep track of your monthly payments. You will receive an email from HomeLoanServ with the date the automated payment will begin once the documentation has been processed. Until the start date mentioned in this letter, you must continue to make payments from the different payment options available.
Payment can be scheduled ahead of time. You can choose a date when you want the payment to be made. Remember that you must make your payment before the 16th of each month to avoid a late fee. You’ll also be automatically placed into a draw to win a $100 gift card if you pay online HomeLoanServ and on time.
Please, note that making extra payments on your HomeLoanServ loan lowers the amount of interest you pay. The next payment is computed based on the lower principal balance when you pay more principal on your loan. As a result, your monthly payment remains the same, but you pay less interest and more principal. There is a link to make a principal payment if you pay online. If you pay by mail, you can use a check for an additional amount, and note that it is for your principal on the payment coupon. You can automatically raise the amount if you pay by an automated bank draft.
Supported types of payment
Through HomeLoanServ’s Borrower Connection platform, applicants can make their monthly mortgage payments. They can also opt for automatic bank draft, mail, or delivery. Please, remember that HomeLoanServ does not accept credit cards for a monthly mortgage payment. You can, however, pay by debit card over the phone or online. Payments via debit card will attract convenience fees of 4.95$. Borrowers can also pay via a customer service representative; using this method will attract extra convenience fee of 10$.
Steps to repay
Your payment has two parts. The first part is the principal and interest, which repays your mortgage. The second part of your payout is the escrow payment. This amount covers property taxes, homeowners insurance, and mortgage insurance, and it varies each year based on changes in your tax or insurance premiums. Contact the county for additional tax information. Connect with your insurance agent for information about your insurance premium.
HomeLoanServ borrower connection
Visit the website, input your username and password, and click on Login to make a payment using your HomeLoanServ borrower connection account.
You will receive an additional six-digit code to input each time you log in, which can be provided via email, text, or phone (whatever option you choose). Enter the code and click on Submit after receiving it.
Make a payment by clicking on the button and following the on-screen instructions.
Automated bank draft
Please fill out the appropriate authorization form in your welcome home bundle and mail it to HomeLoanServ, PO Box 7899, Boise, ID 83707-1899 or
Fill it online through your HomeLoanServ borrower connection. Follow the directions for completion to set up your automated bank draft payment. You will receive a mail with the date the automated payment will begin once your documentation has been processed.
Phone
You can also make your HomeLoanServ payment over the phone with the help of a customer service agent; however, there is a $10 cost for this service. You can also pay by phone by calling 800.526.7145, an automated phone system. If you choose this payment method, make sure you choose the free automated phone system option to avoid the $10 fee for employing a customer support representative’s help.
DropBox
You can deposit your check or money order with your payment coupon at the HomeLoanServ drop box located outside their main building entrance at 565 W. Myrtle St, Boise, Idaho. Please do not drop off cash as HomeLoanSer does not accept cash payments.

Conditions of loan extension
HomeLoanServ mortgage loans do not provide loan extensions. Please, contact them immediately if you experience trouble making your payments. Other possibilities may be available with them. For example, HomeLoanServ can help homeowners who have experienced financial hardship due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
