How to register an account
Signing up takes only a few minutes, and no payment data is required. Visit GoHenry's website, download the free app, and click Sign up. Your children's cards will be delivered to you within the following 5-7 business days.
After receiving the cards, you must log in to the website or app to activate your parent account and the cards themselves. To activate your card, you must make a minimum deposit of $6.13. You can set your children's spending limits and weekly allowance and assign tasks.
The contactless feature will not activate until the first chip, and PIN payment is made. If you get overwhelmed, please get in touch with the phone number of the Member Services team at 0330 100 7676, who will be pleased to assist you. They're open from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
How to reset a password on the website
To reset the password:
Access your parent account;
Select 'Family settings' from the menu in the upper left-hand corner;
At the top of the page, click on your child's name;
You can find a secret password in the security area next to the password;
Type in your parent's password and a new password for your young people;
Press the 'Save' button and wait for the confirmation box to appear.
How to delete an account on the website
If you want to close your GoHenry account, you will have three days to "cool off" and change your mind. After this time, you won't be able to change your mind, and if you want to use GoHenry again, you'll have to make a new account.
Contact the Member Services team to close your account, who will be sad to see you go but happy to help. You can call (877) 372-6466 or send an email any day of the week between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
The company will close your account immediately and send any leftover money to your bank account within 7–10 business days. If you need the money before, you should take it out of an ATM with your GoHenry card.
