How to download the app?
For Android users
If the borrower has an Android device, then they can download the company's app using the Google Play application store. They must have the Android 5.0 version or later installed. To install the app, go to the app store, search for the app by name and click the "Install" button.
For iOS users
If the borrower has an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, they can download the Go2Bank app from the App Store. They must have iOS 12.0 or later installed. To download the app, search for the app in the App Store and click on the "Get" button.
How to delete the app?
To delete the app on your Android device, go to Google Play in your profile. Next, click Application Management, then Go2Bank, and select Delete.
To delete an app on your iOS device, hold down the GO2Bank app icon on the home screen. Click on the cross in the upper right corner and confirm the deletion.
