I found the communication from Lendly to be lacking. I had to consistently reach out to inquire about the status of my loan application, and I had to resend the same information multiple times.

Terrible business practices. They linked themselves to my paycheck and began deducting payments from every paycheck, even though my initial payment isn't due until next month. I strongly advise against sharing your job login information with this company!

They persistently encouraged us to refinance, and when we finally did due to a temporary financial pinch, the funds were deposited promptly the next day. However, they allege that a payment was missed on the day they made the deposit, despite our bank having no record of such a missed payment. The funds were in the account, leaving no reason for a payment to be returned. Now, they are attempting to charge more in interest than the actual loan amount for an alleged missed payment that they never informed me of until the loan was supposed to be paid off. When we contacted them because it was supposed to be our final payment but still showed a balance greater than the original loan amount, they claimed there was nothing they could do. We were compelled to pay the interest for this supposed missed payment that we are certain didn't occur. It's bewildering how this company justifies exploiting financially vulnerable individuals even further than they did with the initial loan. My advice: steer clear of this company and do not trust them.
