Repayment of loan

Gateway has a few payment options:

  1. It offers automatic payments by recurring drafts monthly between the 1st-15th. The company accepts checking or savings accounts except for debit cards. Note that to enroll, edit or modify, you have to log into your online account and click "recurring payment".

  2. To make a one-time payment, a clientele has to go to the website and use an automated phone system +1 (877) 764-9319 or a phone representative with a checking account, savings account, or debit card.

  3. Other payment options include using the customer's bank's payment service by setting up bill pay through the bank's website. In this case, make enough time for delivery to ensure the payment is received by the 16th.

Early payoff

Gateway charges a prepayment fee. This means customers will have to pay an additional fee if they repay the mortgage early.

Can you pay Gateway with a credit card?

Yes, a clientele can pay Gateway with a credit card. However, third-party payment providers may accept their card payment and then cut a check to a mortgage servicer. Additionally, the convenience fee you'll pay may be too high.

What are Gateway fees?

Some Gateway accounts have monthly fees for checking accounts between $7-8 and a fee of $0.15 per debit item. If not, keep a set account balance. To waive the account fees, you must keep an account balance between $250 and $2,500.

Can I extend my loan term with Gateway?

Yes, Gateway provides customers with a loan extension program.
