How to register an account
You can register an account only by filling out a loan application. To register on the website of Funding Circle Limited, you need to perform the following steps:
Click the "Apply now" button on the main page;
Fill in the data. You need to enter how much you want to borrow and for how long. You also need to enter information about your business, its name, and the name of its owner. Then fill in your contact details;
Go to the email in the mailbox;
In the email, click on the "Set your password" button;
In the window that opens, enter the password you want.
You have successfully registered your account. After completing these steps, you will be able to log in to your account on the site by clicking on the "Sign In" button.
How to reset a password
If you forgot your password, the company provides an easy reset. To reset your password, you need to click on the "Forgot password" button when logging in to your account, and then you need to enter your email address.
In a couple of minutes, you will receive an email in which you will need to click on the link to set a new password.
How to delete an account
Unfortunately, Funding Circle does not provide an account deletion function on their site. If you do not have any outstanding parts of the loan, then you can delete your account by calling the Funding Circle support service.
Personal account features
When you log in to your account on the Funding Circle platform, you can immediately see data about your loan applications. You can supplement the application you have not filled out in full or edit it, for example, by adding the necessary documents.
If you have already received a loan from the company, you will be able to manage your loan using your account. Funding Circle Limited uses special software on their site that provides security, such as AES 256 technology, to encrypt personal information. Important personal data does not get to third parties. All data stored in the account is safe.
