How to register an account
To register a personal account, you should:
- Visit the company website and click Login.
- Click Create my account and follow the instructions.
- You will need to enter your loan number, your name, mobile phone number, email address, and create a password.
How to reset a password
- Go to Freedom Mortgage’s website.
- Click the Login button.
- Select the Forgot password option and enter your email address.
- You will be sent an email with information on resetting your password.
How to delete an account
To submit a request to delete your account, please fill up the Personal Information Request Form online or call by phone at 855-690-5900, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.
