Repayment of loan
The company withdraws the payments on advance cash loans plus the fees, tips, and interest rates you agreed to and are required to pay. In case you want to change your repayment date, there is an option to email your request to customer service.
Empower can reimburse you if your payment causes an overdraft fee or your subscription fee overdrafts.
Fees
There are fees you should pay to Empower. The company issues an $8 monthly subscription fee after the 14 days of trial. The instant delivery fee is $2 to $8, depending on the advance amount.
You can also leave tips of up to 20% of your loan amount. The total amount of tips in a year cannot be more than the amount the customer is approved to borrow.
The customers aren't asked to contribute tips if they pay an instant delivery fee.
